The iSeq 100 sequencing system is Illumina's most accessible, cost-effective and rapid benchtop sequencer powered by CMOS technology and SBS chemistry. By generating 1.2 Gb of data per run in only 17.5 hours, the iSeq 100 System delivers the high resolution and analytical sensitivity obtained on other Illumina sequencing platforms. Compared to qPCR and Sanger sequencing, the iSeq 100 System allows greater statistical confidence for calling variants or low-frequency alleles. This is the ideal platform for microbial and viral whole-genome sequencing, targeted gene sequencing such as small cancer panels, targeted gene expression profiling and miRNA & small RNA analysis.
