Summary

The NextSeq 550 System combines tried-and-true instrument technologies and tunable output with sequencing and array capabilities. Users can run transcriptome, targeted resequencing, genotyping, and other applications all on one platform.
The Illumina NextSeq 500 sequencing system allows for fast, high-throughput sequencing while also offering flexibility in applications. Using Illumina's sequencing by synthesis chemistry, runs can generate over 300 million reads and can be completed in as little as 11 hours. Generated sequencing data is provided in the standard fastq file format, allowing users access to a wide range of established protocols, workflows, data sets and data analysis tools.
