The BluePippin is a DNA size selection system from Sage Science. DNA size selection for next generation sequencing allows for separation from 100 bp-50 kb using a pulsed-field electrophoresis. Target sizes or ranges entered in the software that elutes fractions in buffer. The software allows the user to run a single sample up to 5 samples/gel cassette with no possibility of cross contamination.
