The main reason for using next-generation sequencing is the effective reduction in turnaround time with NGS compared to traditional methods. At the same time, next-generation sequencing makes it possible to analyze the transcriptome and genome of a species in a detailed and holistic way. CD Genomics offers a growing range of services, from library construction to sequencing to complete experimental design and support. Our Agilent Bravo NGS Liquid Handling System-based next-generation sequencing technology can help you advance genome engineering innovation.
MANUFACTURER: Agilent
The Bravo is a high-throughput automated liquid handler capable of processing 96 samples concurrently. The Genomics Facility's Bravo system is programmed to perform next-generation sequencing library preparation, cDNA synthesis, Ampure size selections, and post-PCR DNA cleanups. As an automated system, the Bravo enables the core to reduce turn-around time and increase consistency between samples and can quickly automate pre-developed methods for Agilent, Illumina, NuGEN, KAPA, PacBio and more without sacrificing data quality.
