The main reason for using next-generation sequencing is the effective reduction in turnaround time with NGS compared to traditional methods. At the same time, next-generation sequencing makes it possible to analyze the transcriptome and genome of a species in a detailed and holistic way. CD Genomics offers a growing range of services, from library construction to sequencing to complete experimental design and support. Our Agilent Bioanalyzer-based next-generation sequencing technology can help you advance genome engineering innovation.
MANUFACTURER: Agilent
Specification
1. 12 plant total RNA samples can be assayed on a single RNA Nano chip.
2. 11 plant total RNA samples can be assayed on a single RNA Pico chip.
3. Total RNA samples at concentrations of 25 ng/µL-500 ng/µL can be analyzed on the RNA Nano chip.
4. Total RNA samples at concentrations of 50 pg/µL-5000 pg/µL can be analyzed on the RNA Pico chip.
5. An objective measure of RNA quality, the RNA Integrity Number (RIN) can be determined for plant total RNA samples run on either the RNA Nano or RNA Pico chip.
1. Please provide us a minimum of 5 µL per sample. This allows us to check the concentration of your sample prior to assaying it on the Bioanalyzer. This also provides enough sample so that it can be re-run if necessary. We are happy to return the unused portion of your samples.
2. Provide your samples in standard 0.5 or 1.5 mL microfuge tubes. No 0.2 mL PCR tubes or PCR strip tubes allowed.
CD Genomics, as a specialist sequencing company, has a large range of sequencers in our NGS Core, including Illumina MiSeq, NovaSeq, PacBio, and more. If you require this service, please contact us directly.
